Well congrats and I agree, at 15 psi you should be bumping 850 hp. That waste gate dump got HOT!!

Guess on Monday we will see where mine ends up.

Yes it is pretty much just a roll of the dice with ProCharger's best guess of somewhere between 13-16 psi. One thing is for sure, I cant pulley down anymore but I have plenty of room to pulley up . Shop says if I am at 15 psi then they are anticipating somewhere near 850 hp. BUT hp is not everything! The big thing that will change for me is the power curve. Where the Maggie would lay over at the top, this F-1X ought to look like a moon shot all the way up to the trip point, lol.

Dynosheet added to last post of 1st page.

For those questioning the fuel... 1000cc inj/adm fpcm/zl1 pump and meth with #5 and #10 nozzles... injectors were at 64% duty cycle at 16psi!

Plotting boost vs rpm, and comparing last time at 16psi vs this time... boost was lazy today and didnt hit 16psi until the end of the run. I wonder if my boost controller is taking a dump.

Fuel

Let's me know that fuel system is good for plenty of power.

Good real world data.

Great power. Nice job with tunning and making it run.

The clutch was slipping on the dyno... a couple runs were aborted half way thru because the revs jumped fast. Supposedly the tires werent spinning, so i don't know. It's a street slayer billet twin (so a rps clutch setup). I wonder is boost was lazy because of that.

Captured some clutch slip I believe on the very first pull I made:

Notice the rpm/speed and where the vertical cursor is on the log.

You can see where boost drops because of the slip.

That would be clutch slip, as long as you can confirm no roller slip.

Although the dyno graph would...should show a steeper power drop if the rollers slipped

Me = meathead.

I found a loose wastegate line (fitting was finger tight) and I was able to unthread it by hand. Probably my boost control issue.

Some quick things.

If alky control meth, I'd run a 10 and 15 nozzle.

At that boost level valvetrain should be fine. Plugs at that level can be as hot as tr7ix at .035 without missing.

Can't help on clutch but on a dyno it should do a few partial hit's to get heat into it before any hard hit's.

And damn, you have a ton of dyno hit's on that car.
