Those look nice but $750 is tough to pull the trigger on. Any noticeable difference in performance and quality between DSE and Pegasus to justify the price difference?

I honestly cannot tell you about any noticeable difference in performance ( my install appointment is on 3/1/19) or quality (the AFE and Pegsus are top notch stuff). What i can tell you is that i ****ed up in november last year when they had the black friday deal going on at DSE and they were on sale for $550.

Seems everyone runs either the Pegasus or AFE bushings successfully with desired/expected results and ease of installation. What I CAN tell you is that the main reason i went with detroit speed is because i like that their design had a greater contact area with the body of the car than either the AFE(pfadt) or Pegasus bushings as well as the fact that they press into the crable. Believe me, i almost pulled the trigger on the pegsus and AFE many many times and always stopped at the last minute because the DSE design just made more sense to me. It was just hard to get much feedback on them (other than few members on here that run them and are completely happy with them, not many members here run them because of the high $$$) I hope i made the right choice.

You’ll have to post up once you’re installed. If the DSE has minimal to no added NVH, I may wait and see if they run a Black Friday special on them later this year.

yeah i definitely will. im gonna try and get 4K 60fps video of the undercarriage while its still in the air as well as pictures. As far as NVH goes, car is loud af as is. cam and heads and practically every bolt on, no cats with magnaflow race mufflers. if there is increased NVH, i doubt ill notice any

i was hoping the car was still up in the air when i arrived to pick it up. I'll post the pics by this weekends. I can really feel the difference under moderate throttle acceleration.

So exactly what is the benefit of a larger contact area? I have the AFE/PAFDT bushing and would I know any difference in changing them out?
