I also heard rumors that we're getting the same gearing in the 6 speed manual as the CTS, meaning Nurburgring tested and approved. I hope that is true, because I hear the gearing is superb.

I think I remember that, too. but I wasn't certain because the CTS's new gearbox (Aisen or something) in particular can't handle a V8's kind of torque.

other than the auto tranny what aboutthe manual. is it goign to be in the rear like the vette or is it goign to be the same like the t56???

the T56 IS in the vette...and it's rear mounted. I don't think the tranny will be rear mounted in the Camaro, though.
