I am the only owner of the car, Jeep dealer told me it had one accident on its CarFax which I assume is when I hit a coyote on I40 a few years back (did file an insurance claim, car got new front bumper and radiator) because it has never been in an incident with another vehicle. Jeep is offering 12k for trade so anything above ~$13,500 puts me in better standing than trading in (and I get to know the car is going to live with another gear head which is important!).
