Friday August 17 Arrival Day

Arrive anytime after 3pm to the Hotel. This evening has absolutely nothing planned except to arrive, relax, and socialize!

Saturday August 18 Sun Peaks and Dinner

0830 Leave the Hotel for an exciting day at Sun Peaks.
1600 Head back to the Hotel or wherever you may roam at that time
1900 hrs Dinner in the Vista Room at the Coast. Then hit up the parking lot after.

Sunday August 19 Poker/Winery Run and Poker

1100 hrs start time however we will break up into groups and depart between 1100 hrs and 1300 hrs. This is to avoid traffic light and ferry congestion.

1900 hrs Texas Holdem Poker! There can only be one! Play until the end! For those not spectating or playing ..... the parking lot it is!

We still have some formalizing to complete however this is the skeleton schedule. Once ALL info is confirmed with respect to all those tiny details, a more formal agenda will be posted. Should be no later than the end of next week!
