I cant believe this,

Im looking at your first picture and trying to figure out where they did it. It looks like your tire at the bottom but there is a body panel gap at the top. Im sure its just me not seeing it but where exactly did this latest one happen? If it was me... it would be war at this point!!! I would be lurking out of sight all night till I caught them. It would be worth forking out the cash to get it fixed just to catch them trying to do it again!!!

If I understand your post correctly, you now have a timeline during which the second keying took place.
If your parking garage has a tenant-specific, card-type access system, your building super may be able to create a list of who came and went during that time period...I sure hope so.

Like others have stated don't get it fixed until the person responsible is found. I would definitely document (video tape) and go to some extreme measures to found out who it was. I do disagree with assaulting the person though because no matter what he did you can still get in trouble for that.
