Can you get the 1le option w/ ZL1 brakes?

Just seeing if this option is available as a factory combo. A used car dealer near me is claiming that their 1le has ZL1 brakes, but when I go to build a Camaro at the Chevy website I cannot select the 1le option AND the $4k ZL1 brake upgrade. It removes the 1le option when I select the brake kit. The dealer is a hour and half drive from me so I don't want to go all that way to check myself if they are "mistaken".

Not from the factory.

Would be cool if you could though.

I attached a picture of the brakes in question. Is someone able to tell if they are the SS 4-piston caliper brakes or the ZL1 6-piston caliper brakes? I am not an expert by any means but by the pic they look awfully small to be 6-piston calipers. I might post this over in the brakes section, maybe should have started there anyway.

Is it safe to assume the ZL1 brakes are black and not red?

Yes you can. Chevrolet Performance offers a ZL1 brake upgrade kit for the Camaro. Not sure if that's what's on the Camaro at the used car lot but yes it can be done. See the link here:

Those are 4 piston brakes. The used car dealer is lying.

What a surprise.

The ZL1 brake upgrade package can be purchased separately but not ordered from Chevrolet on a factory built car.

Not factory installed, however you can order it when ordering or buying a new Camaro and it is dealer installed before delivery.
