Matte Black Hash Marks

Installed matte black hash marks on my 2015 Camaro using the vendor recommended dry method. When I peeled back the top paper the hash marks had bubbles and creases, even though the top paper was smooth. Used a squeegee per instructed.

I am thinking that the wet method might be better.

Which vendor do you recommend to purchase the hash marks.

Thanks

I used Moproauto for my stripes, my installer insisted on getting 3M 1080 series material which they do offer. They were installed using the wet method.
