Not to mention grammar fail.

My guess for the production guide... 15. I don't think anyone, even the guys slotted for 60 cars, got 15 for the first month. And they had 100 sold preorders!!! If you guys are such big volume, how come you've only got 11 sold?

ya, ya, tomorrow I'll be able to answer your question about the production guide. For the past year I have been keeping a list of people interested most kids but a lot of them want to see it first before making a move and I don't blame them. 3 of those 11 are mine. I'm pretty sure Sullivan made the first one his so we have something to show customers when they come in. Ya I'm sure there are even bigger stores but not where we are at. Maybe in mid America. 100 sold orders, no recession there!!

So you also don't know every dealership gets a V6 over and above the allocation for the showroom?

Any "dealer" that thinks MSRP is not a marked up price is no dealer for me. There are plenty of dealers that will accept the current discounts, just find them. I am will wait for invoice pricing or below.

There sure are a lot of you who qualify for GM discounts. Wish I was one of the lucky ones. :(

Edit: I just went to GM site that lists the programs they offer. As it turns out, the credit union I belong to qualifies me for the supplier discount.

Dtipper-
Most of our dealers have said that if GM offers specific discounts on the Camaro thy will be HAPPY to accept them. I'm not sure where your managements' interests are but anyone that needs a camaro at MSRP, WITH supplier or any other discounts offered, be sure to talk with Camaro Scotty or my guy, Eric Hall @ Classic Chevy in Grapevine. I'm sure either would be able to track down a decent dealership for you who will accept any offered discounts. They are interested in moving camaros, which benefits us all. It's sad that your managers would send you into this forum without all the neccesary knowledge. Let them know that they may be doing damage to your offices reputation.

I entered it myself letting people know we can get them and that we are not marking them up. I'm sure there a a handful of dealers out there that will honor it and I'm sure we will too but not until the hype wears off like on any new product that actually is a hot item. I didn't know I was suppose to put a bio of what I know on the Camaro. No biggie. If people want it they will call. Scotty says he will order at MSRP too so I don't know what all the fuss is about.

Do you have a link that shows a list of Credit Unions that qualify? TIA!
