Removed mine about a month ago too!! I like the look! Not sure if I'll replace them with black or not....kinda like the "stealth" look without them.

Looks good. Especially your paint. My paint has been looking like crap. Little black spots that don't rub off. Spider webbing (been letting others wash it). I am no longer letting anyone else wash it even if it has to be dirty for a couple weeks. Spent most of last Sunday on just the trunk lid, roof, and haunches with my Porter Cable.

Thanks... I know what I am doing and still have some of the spider webbing... sometimes good enough just has to be good enough for a daily driver... the pop on the paint has a lot to do with Blacklight and V07 from Chemical Guys. So I glaze now mostly and will only cut 105 once a year and polish 205 at most twice a year.

Almost time for another cut and polish. :-D

205 still cuts some, right? What sealant do use? v07 only?

Yes 205 on a white pad technically cuts as do all polishes... it is very light. I have Collinite 845 on top of the blacklight glaze and then the V07 is used. After I wash I hit it with the V07.. but very sparingly... less is definitely more with that product.

I use the white pad and 205 twice a year. I see my CRT on the pad which is concerning. For sealant I use Jet Seal 109 by hand. Then V7 between polishing.

Remember our clear coat is tinted... I'd net money that is what you are seeing. It would take a long time to burn trough the clear with a PC and a white pad.
