Mine came with the delete kit... I would rather have the spare but my dealer says he can't get it... Any ideas?

see if you can find 3 other people wanting spares and split a used set 4 ways , itd be alot cheaper than buying a new tire IF you have a blowout

what size is the spare anyways??? id imagine we didnt get a spare cause it either doesnt fit at all or not on the front

For the SS, the full size spare will not fit in the trunk. A donut spare will not fit the Brembos.

i may try to find someone else that would want to split a set of used wheel and tires i wouldnt mind having a fullsize spare at home just incase

I heard the full size spare wont fit... And I don't want to be stuck somewhere waiting on AAA or Onstar to show up if I am in a hurry... Maybe it is just a subconscious "comfy" thing. I just think I would feel better if I had one...

searching junkies for a 19" rim with a donut on it so it can go in the trunk over the battery. Will post it when I find it.

Have a flat right now atm trying to figure out what to do myself. Prob. call dealer when I get off work Mon. since shop is closed on weekend!

Well I have been driving for many years without a blowout ( except one day when I acidently hit a curb and then I flattened 2 tires and busted a rim so a spare would not have helped anyway), I have had a few flats but they were all slow leaks...Your tire sealant and pump would take car of that untill you could get it repaired.. Right now my Sky and El Camino neither one carry a spare tire, and I am no worried...

Don't forget about the battery in the trunk, kinda tough to get a spare in there.
