Another hail storm... *SIGH*

So we got hit last Monday with hail, again.

Totaled my 2007 Honda Ridgeline, totaled my wife's 2008 Toyota 4Runner, $11k damage to my daughters Hyundai Tuscon, $25k damage to our house... and the kicker, $8k damage to my Camaro, again!

Just over a year ago, it had $15k damage done to it.

Sorry to hear that. That’s some real bad luck. My girlfriend lives in Brighton, she didn’t get any serious damage.

They were baseball to softball size out here. Just unreal! My Camaro would have been in the garage, but we're remodeling inside the house, so we have a ton of boxes and stuff in it... no cars to rent, windshield replacement on 7/9.

Hopefully we can get a good deal on a GMC Acadia when we get the settlements on the 4Runner and Ridgeline.

I'm in Aurora, and in the auto glass business. My work van got pummeled with baseball size hail. I have never seen baseball size before, it was louder than hell in the van.

I've been working 12-14 hour days since, tank good I'm self employed.

Yeah, it's taking me 2 weeks just to get the windshield replaced in my Camaro. Safelite must be raking in the $$$, along with you and the other glass companies/guys.

I've been calling body shops up north of here to see if they can get me in, Longmont, even Ft. Collins... they are talking December.

That really sucks. I work for dentwizard, we have hail teams that all they do is travel the country after storms like that to assist the local techs with the massive amount of work these storms create. It's pretty incredible.

Shoutout to dentwizard, they did great work for me in the past. Luckily haven't and hope to never need them for the Camaro.

I kinda have weird desire to experience baseball sized hail... from the safety of a rental car in another state. Would be entertaining to return that to the hertz lot haha.
