What is considered "High mileage" for a 2012 LS?

Question stated in title. Going to purchase a 2012 LS tomorrow, it's got around 75k miles. 6-speed manual. What should I be looking out for? I'm very excited.

75 in 3 years is a bit high if you ask me. 25k miles a year is high. and considering it's a camaro and a manual you can probably be pretty sure it's been dogged pretty good. unless I were allowed to take it to a mechanic of my choosing and it got a clear bill of health I'd walk away. there's at least a 50/50 chance your just buying someone elses problems.

Check the DIC to see what the average MPH has been on the car.
If somewhere above mid 40 MPH average, the car has a life of mostly highway miles.
In the past, my trade ins would be in that category. Hopefully, thats the case with that car.

As long as oil changes and other basic maintenance has been done, and has some
powertrain warranty left, it might be a winner. Item in particular that might

go on the car is the heater core, which is an expensive fix. Make sure they toss in some
kind of bumper to bumper warranty to cover all the little things that could go wrong.

Either that, or sell it to you cheap, like maybe $12000 bucks or less.

15k miles/year is the average for a typical car.

I would not touch it unless its super cheap. Many of the 5th gen cars i see used are low miles. Just wait a bit longer once the 6th gens come up the 5th will take a nose dive.

I'd walk away from it unless it is a steal of a price.
