Fwiw splitter does not ride in the trunk, but is in the cabin. So if you have passengers you may need to make arrangements to get them home

Us guys that ordered a 2014 1LE, at first were scared it might not come with a splitter. Then we found out it does.
I would put it on, however its your world.... we just read your threads in it.
