I had my replicas installed at a local tire place. My dealer wouldn't install my tires cause I went with all season with a lower speed rating. I know, bs! Anyways the tire shop left some minor scratches on the rears. I pointed them out, they offered to touch it up with paint but figured they would make it worse. So just lived with it. Hardly noticeable.

Yeah, i'll see what the dealer says on Monday but they scratched all four and it's pretty noticeable. Going to wash it tomorrow and get a better look at it.

Shit... The 295's ended up not being available. 285's square in Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Pete would be happy.

Tire Rack. Roughly $1500. Ask for Tanner. He seemed like a good guy.

Got them in one day too...

Car is at the dealer this week, been there since Monday with the body shop so they can refinish the rims. Went really well customer service wise when I dropped it off and they hooked me up with a courtesy vehicle as well. We will see how they turn out, should have car back tomorrow.

Make sure they use low-temp powders. Do NOT heat the rims up above 300 degrees. Not a problem on cast rims, but on forged rims, it can make the rims brittle due to the extra anneal time you inadvertently end up adding by baking them at the typical 400-450.
