If your car was (or is being) delivered in NC, what route did it take?

Mine has been shipped, and as of Tuesday 6/23, it was in Louisville, KY. I'm trying to determine how much longer it might take before final destination in Cary, NC.

Hey man we got a regional forum, hopefully mod will move this for you. Post in there we got bunch of nc people. Still waiting on my order to move, orders in feb.

I'm in SC and it went Louisville to Birmingham to Atlanta to Greenwood, SC (supposed to be tomorrow morning). Not exactly far fetched...maybe from there to NC?

yea...but for the most part, there is more traffic in the "main" parts of the forum, so i posted here

when did yours get shipped? was it in louisville on tuesday?

Info is in my sig. I have no idea what route it will be taking. My dealer told me it would be shipped on the rail system to a hub somewhere in SC then trucked up to Greensboro, NC to the dealership. I sent an email to the GM at the dealership asking about details on the shipment but do not expect to get much out of that. Oh, well. It is hard to believe we should be getting our cars during the next 2 weeks (barring unforeseen delays)

The wait has been so long that I have grown numb to the whole idea but I'm sure I'll snap back to life once I get the call from the dealer informing me of its arrival. Good luck everyone!!

Looks like we were all stuck in Dixiana, SC for about 5 days. Mine was in Greenwood, SC last Friday heading for Dixiana, SC. I couldn't wait anymore so I called the Modern Chevrolet yesterday. They checked with GM and they said the that my car was still in Dixiana, getting put on a truck yesterday and would leave this morning for NC. They weren't sure if there would be stops along the way before getting to Winston-Salem. It looks like they might be delivered any moment. Please check in if anyone gets any updates. I think were all in the same boat. I was beginning to think I had a "virtual" Camaro, like those virtual pets. I guess I didn't check on mine enough, it has taken over 2 weeks on the train!

i have an order thats supposedly in transit, its supposed to come into hendricks chevy in cary, i really hope it gets in soon because im home from iraq on R&R and will have to fly out to go back on july 6th, should would like to land a few days with my car before i go back. let me know if you guys get any information

2G1FT1EW5A9121157 is the vin, i was called 2 days ago and told it was expected any day by my dealer, it has supposedly been in transit for a bit, my dealer is hendrick auto mall in cary

You guys are lucky! I have my car sitting at 1100, the same place it has been for 4 weeks now! I ordered in Wendell, NC.

I'm not saying it won't get here before you leave, but unfortunately there is a good chance of that. I'm VIN ...17826, and it hasn't arrived yet. My guess is that mine shipped a solid 6-7 days before you, though it's possible it sat in a railyard somewhere and they are together now.

Omg not four whole weeks, I been sitting at 1100 since February. Some people on this forum still at 1100 since October.

Well when people on this forum have been getting their car in 5 weeks from order date me sitting at 1100 for 4 weeks is a little concerning.
