Thanks Bro, I will running the same fuel for the 427ci engine. Think I will use this pump from Magna for my bypass system, I will set it up to activate at 5psi boost and if fuel pressure drops below 55psi to support the dual pumps(will add indicator light and override switch to turn it on when I want to and to run system checks).

It will be kind of like the systems from DSX or Fore Innovations .

Does the Dyno Dynamics dyno read low?
The Dyno Dynamics is known throughout the industry as being the "heartbreaker" dyno - because it breaks the heart of every man that thinks he has 500 hp when he really has 350. The Dyno Dynamics reads lower than the Mustang. It reads WAY lower than a Dynojet.

When Ken told me it reads lower I did not think it was that bad...

How do I compare my pulls to Mustang Dyno, or a Dynojet, or a Dynapack? Every dyno is different. If you want dynojet or mustang-ish #s you have to multiply by 1.18 or so, 1.25+ for DynaPack. But remember, this is just ballpark, as it is not linear.
(So to make it linear we divide by .82%)

So, Mustang dyno is 15% lower and the Dyno Dynamics is 18% lower than a a DynoJet dyno. So the math look something like this?
(So to make it linear we divide by .82%)

765/.82=933 (equals Dynojet dyno)
So if I was to run my car on a DynoJet dyno my HP at the wheels would be 933hp.

Then to get crank HP I need to multiply by 1.15% for drivetrain losses.
(So to make it linear we divide by .85%)
933/.85=1,098
So if I was to run my car on a DynoJet dyno my HP at the crank would be 1,098hp.

So even if the numbers are off, it is still Freakin AWESOME!!!!!

Currently this is setup to mock the DynoJet. Mustang is available.

WoW, it really shows the belt slippage! I am glad you were able to run it for me! It comes really close to what I figured it would be. But this is not the 427ci engine, it is the LSA that came with the car, the one I rebuilt. Which makes it even more impressive!!!
The 427 block is still at the machine shop, they should get to it in a couple of weeks.

Very impressive Vic. I'm just wondering what you would have made if not for the belt slippage. Seems like it had a little more left in it.

It should be fairly accurate as long as the car was in 4th gear, tire diameter is stock height and the rearend ratio is 3.73:1

Yes, all of that is correct!

Just didn't want you to think that is all I could get out of my 427ci build. I expect to get around 1,600hp from it!

Fwiw, these ZL1 6spd drivelines only lose about 12-13%. So 850rwhp is maybe 970 at the flywheel. To get to 1100 flywheel, you'd need to put down about 960rwhp, and a 1900 isn't gonna get there.

So if we use the industry standard for dyno HP ratings the Dynojet, I made 1,100hp at the crank, if my issues did not exist and I spun it up to 7,200rpm I am confident that I would be closer to 1,175hp at the crank and 1,000hp at the rear wheels.
