FUEL DOOR/GAS CAP

The fuel door gas cap holder is driving me nuts. Every time I get gas the gas cap wont stay hooked on the fuel door. It slips off and bangs against the car. Anyone else have this problem? Looks like a bad design, nothing to hold the cap secure. Anyone with work arounds, fixes?

I am using the hair-band remedy and works great! I also have the gas cap caddy which I have trouble getting the cap to stay on it because of the hard plastic cord which I don't want to cut yet.

Have her sell it for $15.00 each and people will line up to buy them.

And then I will come on to the forum to complain on the extreme markup.

I just lay the cap strap over the top of the nozzle when filling up. Take nozzle out scew cap in replace nozzle back in pump. no trouble at all, it never falls off.
