Why would it be 'better' to delete a functional part of the car?

Does it leak? No, keep it. Yes, delete it.

The oil cooler acts more as an oil warmer for the general populous.
Now if you're tracking the car, then sure, upgrade it. But UPGRADE is the name of the game when it comes to tracking a car.
