Cold Air Intake for Magnuson Heartbeat
Currently have a K&N Typhoon CAI and will install a Magnuson Heartbeat supercharger soon. Does anyone have any ideas on a way to still use my K&N or do I need something totally different?

Sell the typhoon and buy a Rotofab

I had the CAI cold air intake, installed the Heartbeat and tried to trim it and connect with different connectors. It didn't work. Sell what you have and buy the Rotofab, it's the best cold air intake for the Heartbeat supercharger.

I'm in the same situation as RedTexasSS, I'm actually installing the heartbeat this weekend and decided to go with the roto fab. I did like the look of the CAI but I didn't want it to look like Frankenstein trying to get tubes to fit.

I’m a bit surprised that CAI never did business with Magnusun, particularly the Heartbeat application for compatibility.
Maybe CAIcan chime in if they see this thread and post |

Thanks everyone. I was leaning towards the Rotofab anyhow . . . sounds like I'm selling the K&N.

I designed the Roto-fab intake with Mike (Owner) on my Heartbeat before the blower released by Magnuson. Its the best possible application for our blowers. Post pictures once your done! Here is mine (As seen on roto-fabs website ;])

Agree that brother; every buddy of mine who looks under the hood actually asks if it's a factory upgrade. Love it - trying to find out what pulley options are available for it as another pound or two of boost would be nice (now that I'm used to the power)

Standard Maggie pulley that came fitted to the blower so I'm assuming 6lb boost. Didn't realise you could go aftermarket on the pulley! I'll go check!
