I may just have to buy the grey/black two tone, since that's what I was initially looking for. I'll probably keep the stock headrest look, though. Or maybe use black headrests.

I ordered Katzkins seats for my LT. Installed is about $1k but they are worth it. I have the white trim kit, so Im going with white seats with red inserts. will post pics when done.

Samples
Ok I got my samples in. And yes my car is dirty.
First is of how the yellow matches the exterior.  Next is of how it looks compared to stock cloth seats.  Last is just them side by side at the seat seam.  So thats it, they look ok. But you can sure feel that they arent real leather. Not sure if ill buy some yet.

I have these in my Car.. Pretty decent quality to save your fabric, although the bungee straps that go under the seat are crap. Sorry for the poor quality photos...

The fit is decent and they do have to stretch into place and to really fit the seats well. Once you've sat in them for a few months they hug the sides of the seats well.

You can tell they aren't leather when you sit on the seats, but they look great, protect your factory cloth from cuts and fading, and you camt beat the price. Well worth it imho..

It's pretty darn close. Not an EXACT match, but close. I can't speak for the rear seat covers as i only got the front seat covers. I LOVE these covers. They also sent the seat belt shoulder covers as well. makes that belt really comfortable. I'll take some more pics if anyone wants closer pics.
