Turn your water pump by hand-if its been leaking for a while it may have washed the grease out of the bearing and its now seizing. That makes a lot of sense. It’s dark and raining right now so I will do this tomorrow. I appreciate the response!

Update: Alternator replaced/all pulleys checked and still has this noise. Sounds like it’s coming from inside the engine, like a piston scraping the cylinder walls or something. Seems like the engine is done.
