2005 Corvette vs 2010 Camaro SS

I recently gave my car to my sister, cause she is in hard times right now with money and had her car repossessed So I am looking forward to getting a new car. Parents said they would help me with getting a new car or used car of my choice with a maximum price of 20grand. But that also are in some bad money and cant help for at least 2 years. What do you suggest I get I'm looking into another V8 Chevy

So the question is, which should I shoot for? A 2005 LS2 Corvette or a Camaro SS LS3? Im torn between the two

If your sister is having money problems, and your parents cant help you (and apperently, you need help too otherwise you wouldn't mention it) then I strongly suggest getting something a lot cheaper than a new Camaro. Get a late 4th gen or a GTO instead. Then in a few years, reconsider getting a brand new Camaro.

I have to say that I agree with DG on this one. I think the best thing for you to do is go for something that won't put you in the hole and save for the Camaro.

Good luck.

Uhhh yeah, if you need help getting the car and anyone that could help is having financial trouble, why would you even ask it of them? Go with something cheaper. It's always easier to sell the car and get a camaro if you end up having enough cash than it would be to have to sell the camaro because you're in debt! Maybe a c5?

Agree with above, don't dig yourself in too deep right now, besides I don't think you will find any Camaro LS3's in the price range your looking at.

You didn't comprehend what I said. 30k miles is not average for a 9-13 year old car.

You assumed to talk about a low mile garage queen without stating it. Be specific next time.
