Untape and trace the wires. The yellow probably goes to the fuse holder, then to the relay. It is then switched to supply power to whatever. 30 and 87 on the relay. The other 2 wires would be the ground and "trigger" wire. 86 and 85. My guess is the trigger goes to the side marker and switched +12v goes to the DRLs. Appears you have halos, thus DRLs.

I'm going with power for the intercooler pump, as previously mentioned.

1. Unhook the yellow wire from the power post of the fuse box
2. If you can't physically touch the intercooler pump, unscrew the cap from the intercooler reservoir
3. Turn key to 'ON', but don't start the car
4. touch pump/observe water in reservoir, simultaneously touch yellow wire to power post at fuse box.

So it is not connected to anything in the fuse box. Here is a picture of where the wire goes.

Well its plugged into a relay so the Halo/DRL idea is probably correct.
