getting closer

Just hit 32 pounds this morning, 68 more to go. I'll never be 80's navy weight but i'll keep tring. I love it going down 4 inches on my waist so far. A few more inches I get to go cloths shopping (ladies you know how exciting that is).

how about some solution for the fake cai in the rearfenders in front of the rear wheels
just putting some make up there (chrome inlets etc.) does not cure the fact, that it is fake
some with the v8 nose

I usually come up with things to make when somethimg bugs me and I want to improve them. The side gills and even the mail slot don't bug me enough LOL.

Impresive numbers, I know for a fact that '80's navy weight is possible if you want it bad enough, one step at a time though

Can't believe how focused I've been lately. That Jack3d stuff works....eek.

But I noticed my weights all went up once again. Overhead tricep extensions were 180 and I was just going, going, going....lol. LOVE IT.

In three days, I've burned over 4,000 calories. Today, I only burned 870(ish) since I didn't do cardio. But, we'll get that added in there tomorrow.

Good Lord...with all this working out, I don't even want to drink a beer after work anymore....I'm afraid it'll set me back and screw me up!

I was actually going to ask about that, because I notice it is so expensive for the amount you get.

I've been slacking really bad. I got accepted into the next hiring step for LAPD which is physical agility testing. Nervous.
According to their BMI index I am extrmely obese at 5-9 and 210lbs. (although I am a few pounds under that right now.)

I need to do more running to get prepared, but I am out of shape. I have a hard time running for a long time. Especially with my bad knees.

For those who aren't facebook friends, I don't looks like someone who is "extremely obese"

BMI is a crap indicator or your fitness...I have a friend who is one of the fittest people I know...gorgeous 6 pack abs and according to his BMI, he is obese!!! They need to throw the BMI factor out the window IMO!! Anyway, haven't been on in a few days...training has been pretty intense these last couple days with battle drills etc. No gym time for me, but I still got plenty of workouts!! Quickly carrying a 200 lb guy who is in full battle rattle on a litter across a 100 meter stretch while you are wearing full battle rattle yourself will definitely work up a sweat!! LoL!! Only one more week of training to go then hopefully I will get a few days home with the family before I head out. Glad to see most of you are still on track!!

"Bodybuilding should be fun because you get a feeling of satisfaction which is very hard to explain. A bodybuilder knows that when he pumps up his muscles it means growth. The muscles grow. So therefore he knows when he pumps up well, that is progress. And that satisfies him because he feels progress in his body. Therefore a pump feels good. It’s actually the best feeling a bodybuilder can have. It’s a difficult thing to explain. Like sometimes we joke around and we get a good pump and we say you have to admit that a good pump is better than coming. Somebody off the street wouldn’t understand that, but sometimes a pump is the best feeling you can have"
I agree in that bodybuilding or working out is fun in a way that only those who do can appreciate. The thing is I don't think you would see Arnold smilin' and gigglin' while he was pumping iron.

I have neglected this thread but ive been so busy lately, but ill try to keep checking it! Everyone is doing great! I myself in the past 2-3 months have dropped from 225lbs to 197, my goal being 192 for my army weight (have never passed though my BF has always been well under, army prefers slim not muscular :/). Dropping all this weight and hard earned muscle to try and run my 2 miles in 13 minutes and max my physical fitness test. Last year I got a 287, goal this year 300!

Keep working hard and reap the benefits, great health, better well being!

Hope everyone is doing good. With the fest around the corner and spring in the air I am sure everyone is as busy as I am but stay focused and don't loose sight of your goals.
