Was never a fan of the rally stripes, I think there are much better options , but who cares what I think. If you like it then thats all that matters.

Depends on the look you're shooting for with your ride. If you like them, keep 'em, or change 'em....Totally your call....

The Rally stripes carry the Camaro heritage theme. They look nice. If you're looking for alterantives, check out BigWorm Grafix. They have a number of unique options available.

Looks great!
Now, I'm not an expert at Vinyl installs... so when I redo my stripes and have to remove them, there's a bit of a nervous factor. 1st, when I remove them - will there be a noticeable difference between the rest of the hood, and the part of the hood that had the stripes removed? Like, will the old ones leave a mark?... and its because I want to do them myself and not have to pay for this that I get a bit nervous... what if I mess them up (though is seems pretty simple to do) and then I have to leave them off until I get a new set in... might look ugly for a while with two different shades on my hood. I guess I just have to go for it and see what happens... I already bought the new stripes but they've been sitting in their tube for over 4months now, lol. |

I changed my stripes from white to silver metallic after about two years. (Rather, had BigWorm--I'm close enough to drive to their shop.) There wasn't any sign of fading when the old stripes were taken off. And our Camaro is a daily driver, sits in Texas sun all day.

Okay... thanks for that, I guess I'm going to be giving it a go soon enough. They are the factory rally stripes and they've been on for a few years now. |
