I just have a problem with these FACTORY ORIGINAL performance parts voiding warranty. What's up with that?

I really, really like the idea of getting parts from Chevrolet. The only problem is, as I stated in their survey, usually their prices far exceed their performance when compared to aftermarket pieces at a fraction of the cost.

Poor example but...

Full suspension upgrade from an aftermarket vendor: $1.5k, 1G+ ability
Full suspension upgrade from Chevrolet: $3k, 0.98G+ ability

If their prices and performance could be more competitive with the aftermarket companies, I'd be all over it. Even if it cost marginally more.

Too bad they left a question out of the survey.//////
Would you buy a part or kit if it did not void your warranty...
