My guess is about 50 HP but the LFX is a much quieter and smoother engine, for sure. Installing my strut tower brace and a few other things to finish the project.

Because the turbos are mounted in the very rear of the car, it is always recommended to wrap the exhaust to keep the heat inside the exhaust system. Turbos run on heat and pressure. Any lost heat results in a lazy spool up. I decided to go crazy and I used header wrap and wraped 10 layers all the way and then coated the wrap with 3 layers of a thick silicone/aluminum roof material. The colorful outside is actually colored duct tape because when you shoot the outside temperature of the system after a hard run it is usually between 175 and 225 degrees. Not very hot at all.

(2) of the filters are for engine oil and the other (2) are for tranny fluid.

The red auxiliary box in the rear houses the controls for the scavenge pump and some of the sequential controls. No auxiliary fuel system on car. Only water/meth system by Snow performance. Thanks for all the compliments, I appreciate them. My heart and soul is in the build.

Unbelievable build Monty! Your results with the Elite E2-X Ultra can system seems to be showing 99% plus effectiveness on a twin turbo. Your setup is pretty custom, but the most robust we have seen to date. Your blessed to have some good talent to go along with yours. Tracy has done a ton for the V6 crowd, and having Will tuning will be a bonus as well. Keep us updated on the function of our crankcase evacuation system and what you find. Any further explanation for the other members here would be great as well as so many V8 or V6 forced induction builds take the wrong approach totally when it comes to proper crankcase evacuation.

I swear by the elite catch cans! Over the early years I tried probably five or six different brands but after installing the Elite E2-X, I discovered double the extraction of contaminants and oil that would have gotten back into my intake and coated the valves. I have tested these on several vehicles and they absolutely work as advertised. Nothing but Elite goes on my projects!

Have you made any progress on the procedure write-up? My 2010 synergy ate it's LLT for dinner this fall (at 230k miles) and I don'the want to spend the cash putting in a replacement that'll just give me the same trouble again.

230k is a problem? That's a pretty good run.

I have passed on all the information to WillOverkill. He is the one to contact for a complete LLT/LFX conversion. It's a great performing conversion and the Delphi ECM is so much more stable and tunable and Will knows how to tune this puppy. Contact him at
willoverkill@gmail.com. I am currently in the process of converting/updating all of the Body Modules in the LLT to 2014! And it is challenging but I am 90% there!!! Anyway, LFX is the way to go, for sure.

Has anyone tried this since? I'm considering doing this swap to a stock 2011 v6 with a blown engine. Or at least a write up on the process and needed parts. I've contacted willoverkill to no avail. Thanks in advance guys
