Exclamation L99 camaro lifter tick or rod knock ?

Started hearing this tick coming from the passenger side of the engine (video posted below) . I’ve talked to two mechanics and both said a bad lifter. If that is the case I’m going to swap lifters / trays and be doing the l99 to LS3 conversion along with a stage 2 BTR cam. What do you guys think it could be ?

Lifter tick. You would know if it was rod knock its louder than that. I remember getting rod knock in my 4th gen...that was a sad day.

Thanks for the reply man and yeah I hear it’s common on these cars I just hope something else hasn’t gone wrong. I mean the car runs not too different only thing is it idles lower and my oil pressure changes between 30 and 70 from Time to time.
