I'll be pissed if this is the new white for the 2012 MY. That combined with a revamped interior...

Maybe GM should reconsider the prospect of making a 85+% version of this car for production -- already assembled, with the rest as "some assembly [or disassembly] required.

SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know...many Germans drive modded cars like this on the street! What I wouldn't give to drive this car on the Nord Schleife (Nurburgring) for about 10 laps! Awesome car and wish I could afford another Camaro SS just like this one!

I want those wheels.

I'd be real pissed though if they end up being sold for $5K.

Ya, that car is tough. Love it. I wonder if they could sell a low profile spoiler to swap out quickly when the big wing is not needed.

It's been asked before in this thread, but has anyone figured out how much weight they have managed to save?
As for looks, I think it looks great, the chin splitter especially adds to the aggressive nature of the Camaro. For anyone who wants to build this and doesn't like the look of the wing, you might be able to get an extra trunk lid to mount it strictly for days at the track.

Power is said to be 524. No word on weight but even with the roll cage and all the stuff that was added I would guess its 150 lbs less than a stock SS, probably even lighter. CF hood, decklid, and front fenders; polycarbonate windows; gutted interior ... it adds up.

I'm pretty sure the 480HP LS3 crate engine is our regular LS3 with the GM Hot Cam.

Ditto, I will take them in a polished/brushed finish though.
I would think these are a one-piece wheel design, therefore cheaper hopefully. If whoever makes them puts them in the 2k-2.5k range, they will sell the snot out of them.

I'll take them as is. I think they will suit my CGM SS nicely. And if I get it lowered too............

Quality wheels do cost that much though..That's actually on the lower side, HRE//DPE//Klassen can push north of 6
