Dumb question but what happend to 400 HP that GM said when the car was ordered for the L99 Stock?? Can't the camaro oweners start a class action???

Well the mapping data looks good, I went back I had it repulled, still not sure whats going on about 3400 rpm but going to add a V2 cam in about another month that should fix it. Thanks gentlemen for all your input
