Should I delete VVT ?
I’m going to do a cam swap and trying to figure out if I should delete the vvt or keep it.

Keep unless you’re going max effort or solid lifter, VVT expands the range of the cam.

6 of one, half dozen of another. VVT will allow torque to come on sooner and the curve to be flatter. While going with a full LS3 conversion will gain you more peak hp. It's all in what you're after.

I went with a TSP stage 3 cam and kept VVT, I think it helps the performance

Consensus is generally KEEP VVT!!!!
GPI's smallest VVT cam makes about 400 rwhp at 3500 rpm and at peak can make 460 rwhp/430tq. - with supporting mods like a ported/rod modded manifold from GPI ($325ish), and an UDP (about $200).

What are your goals? Budget? Do you have a converter? Daily Driver? Track queen?

Forum consensus typically seems to be keep it, tuner/installer consensus, in my experience, has been delete it. There's benefits of both directions, it's just personal preference.

Hey I have an l99, daily driver with ported TB, LTH-catless full exhaust and CAI. Im looking for a nice cam with power, but remains a daily driveable cam. What do you suggest?

I would say any of the stage 1 cams from BTR, GPI, or TSP would be good DD cams. You'll get the thump of a cam with added power and a still be streetable.

I would keep the VVT. Just my opinion.

376 cubic inches of fun

As already stated, the purpose of VVT is to obtain a flatter torque curve which means more area under the curve. That translates into a quicker car, even though peak HP will be less.

Tuner consensus seems dumb to me honestly. From the dyno sheets I've seen the VVTs make more torque down low which I think for 90/100 people is where they want it. For those going with a max race build the LS3 swap makes more sense.
