New to boosting
So i bought a p1sc kit for about 3800 from a buddy
I wanted to see how far I could push the p1sc before I need the d1 or f1 The goal is to make whatever a zl1 pump, dsx aux and 1000cc-1300cc injectors can make... I'm guessing about 900ish on e I'm in the process of refreshing my sbe and was going to go aftermarket pistons. (I plan on build a l8t for it down the line) My current set up is Sbe l99 (pending pistons) 11 degree Edelbrock heads Gpi ss4 nfc Rod mod intake Ported tb I was going to upgrade the blower when I get ready to upgrade to the l8t How far could I take this p1sc and sbe before the blower is just overworked and what pulley set up is need to achieve it Car is a weekend warrior but it will see the track... a lot maybe lol |

Im not sure if 900whp is obtainable with a P1. 900 crank sure. Apparently you can send in the P1 head unit and procharger will change the internals making it a D1 which can make that power. I don't know anything really about the DSX aux pump so I can't really speak on your fueling. 900whp through an auto is over 1k crank hp. I can't see your motor living long at that power level without a forged bottom end. If the trans is stock......I also don't see a long life. Same with the rear end if that's stock.

The stock bottom end of a L99 is maxed out and might explode at 800whp. Keep it in the low 700s whp or high 600s to be safe. Unless you wanna start to shell out cash.
Also the trans, rear diff and axles will give out as well. If I was you I’d upgrade the axles, leave the bottom end stock for now. Get the motor and fueling down to support 675whp for now. Then one day build the bottom end to support more. But once you do that you’ll need rear diff and trans Becomes a money pit eventually. Good luck! |

If you are putting in pistons, why not put in rods too? Stock crank with forged pistons and rods is good to 1000. I align bored my block and put in main studs just to be on the safe side.
1000 wheel is also a lot for a ZL1 pump and aux pump. I run a ZL1 pump with an A1000 aux pump with a turbo. It's 800whp and gets close to the limits at 7k, but I am running e85 at 72psi (before boost reference) because my Injector duty cycle was too high at 7k, so more injector and 93 would need less pump.

The base intercooler is way undersized for anything above 500 RWHP and the IAT goes out of sight, plus the bypass is too small when running it that hard. The ZL-1 pump with a voltage booster can only support between 700 and 725 RWHP on Gasoline, and only 70% of that number on E-85. The Aux pump and 1300 injectors will get you close to 1000RWHP if you have the engine and supercharger for it. Do your self a solid, upgrade the supercharger, intercooler and bypass valve before you get started. Ted.

I'm back yall. Lol. So I'm doing rods and pistons stock ish cube and My homie got a 1500sl novi he selling my for 1k.. i slay have another homie trying to sell me his ysi b, air to rate intercooler and bracket for 3k... I'm not really trying to break 1k wheel. 800 to 900 pretty good with me. Ik if I wanted more it wouldn't be hard to do.. i see ecs have a upgrade for the 1500 but idk which blower would match the f1x. I do see that the 1500sl and d1sc are close which is what Gpi recommend on the procharger car since it's a street driven car and not a all out track car.. the diff was built by gpi. Trans is stock. Thought about just finding a zl1 donor and hopefully finding the 6l90, ds and rear diff_cradle
