I think you're officially old when two things start happening: first, you genuinely look forward to going to bed early like it's the highlight of your day, and second, you start getting really excited about thoughtful little things—like subscription boxes or presents from places like scentbird https://scentbird.pissedconsumer.com/review.html. Being somewhat recently retired I was suddenly surprised to find I'd eaten dinner three times the past week around 4:15 to 4:30. That was the stuff of hilarity not to far back.

Also I have reached the age where before exiting the ladder it pays to look down to make sure you still aren't two steps up instead of one, particularly if you're toting a paint can. The good news is I have a new painting shirt.

When the Indiana Jones movies were made is the same time difference to when they take place as if they were made today taking place the year they were made. In other words, Indy would be a modern archeologist going back to the early 1980's now.
