Moving to Colorado Springs from Arkansas, what do you guys do about emissions testing? I'm currently running JBA cat deletes with stock manifolds and everything I see says I need cats. But people's signatures from the area all have long tubes and cams, turbos, etc. is it that serious there? My car is loud now so it could draw attention

Most of Colorado will require emissions testing, although some counties do not. I know some people register their cars in said counties to avoid emissions. I personally have always kept stock emissions parts and reinstalled them when it was time for a smog test.

Is it easy to register in a different county that you don't live in? I'll be living on the AF academy

As far as I know El Paso county (maybe state wide) isn't requiring emissions any more. None of the 4 cars I own have had an emissions test in years (1990 Ford, 1999 Jeep, 2000 Acura, 2014 Camaro). When I first moved here we did but that ended back in at least 2002 I think. Although none of those were brought in from out-of-state but none of the transplants at work have ever mentioned it so I think you'll be fine.

Yes,
Typically the cruise is held the first Saturday from May to October.

Don't waste your time on the standard (non-FB) webpage; it hasn't been updated in over a year. Have fun!
