Obviously has something to do with the fuel pump install. If I were you I'd contact Dave Steck at DSX. He will probably know exactly what was done wrong.

I believe so, yes, but ran into issues first time as wiring was not working. That wiring that came with the fuel pump they said they had to contact someone at DSX to get new wire harness to come in or something so I'm hoping that this harness went bad or something happen so we'll see what they say cuz I'm not paying to get something fixed that should have been installed or correctly operating the first time around so I hope DSX isn't going to charge me.

So the wire harness was screwed up during install and they need a new one.

Sorry you misunderstood me, Originally when i had the items listed on the front page installed, DSX fuel system, etc, etc, i was told that something about the first wiring harness or something that came with the fuel pump it self was bad and did not work, so the shop contacted DSX for a replacement, for the faulty one, then when i pick the car up, all is good, i drive it home, have fun around town go eat etc.

Next few days pass, and new weekend comes along and now im sitting randomly at this engine light, which turns out it's those codes, so now going back to original post, im hoping it's just another faulty wiring harness or something got loose or deals with the FCPM, so it will be covered under DSX or the shop, since well i never got my install correctly done, or something got loose, either or, that is what im hoping it is, but who knows, i know nothing of those codes or fuel related system components.

Dropping the car off tomorrow 5/14/18 to see whats going on with this, cause everything was installed wonderful, like i saw my car and was wowed upon how well new things were installed, so i have no doubt in the shops quality at all, they are very popular here on C5 among many Houston members as is, so maybe under high speed a wire or something got loose, cause like cruising the engine light didn't turn on today 5/13/18 until i was near the shop and i decided to hit the throttle a bit and hit about 100 - 110, and saw the light come on again and stay on the rest of the day until i went to auto zone and parked the car in the garage.

They just need to disable that code in the FPCM. It's a standard thing to disable with the aux pump.

I dropped the car off, yeah he talked about the FPCM, but will double check everything, and if its just the code, is there any other issues that come with the code? or just a simple display annoyance, cause as mentioned i had no engine light for a a day or two.

It's a nuisance light that triggers when actual pump duty cycle for the stock pump doesn't match what the FPCM thinks it should be. It triggers because there's an external pump that the FPCM doesn't know exists, and when that pump is active during situations where the aux pump really isn't needed, the duty cycle on the stock pump scales down enough that the FPCM thinks something is amiss.
