Headliner Blem - Ideas on Repair?
This has been like this since I bought the car. It's not really a tear in the fabric - more like it's just missing. Looking for the best way to repair if anyone has any ideas. It's about one inch long and above the driver's side window.

That would drive me crazy. I know it's really nothing major though, but you know how we are of course.
Maybe you could try stitching it with some color matched thread, but aside from that I really don't think there is much you can do besides replace it. We have a padded headliner from what I understand. I bet an upholstery shop could get that cleaned up fairly well though. Probably not perfect, but enough that you can keep your eyes off of it. In the meanwhile you could take a black/gray Sharpie and color the foam underneath it.

You could try this stuff I got for my seat recently. Works pretty good. Would definitely look better than a sharpie if you can get it to stick at that angle.
That would drive me crazy too... Here's a link https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 |

That would drive me crazy too... I just added it to my cart. I'll give that a shot. Definitely worth trying for the price. Thanks! |
