It's pretty cool when you drive by it. That white building in the first two pictures is where all your cars are painted. They actually travel across a residential street in that "little" white overhead tunnel you see that connects to the building from the other 3 assembly plants.

All cars and trucks built in Oshawa travel down that overhead tunnel to get painted and then return in that same overhead tunnel to the plant they are from to continue the assembly process.

I think they might move Corvette to that plant too. Would just make sense, cheaper union (health) costs.

Prob won't happen but I bet you lot of people at GM have thought of doing it.

Just to correct Hylton's above note , Oshawa truck has its own internal paint shop they do not ship to the new car paint building. The Camaro and Impala are the only models that use the new paint shop. Not that it makes a big deal as the truck plant builds its last truck May 14th and shuts down operations.
