True, not worried about the parts at this point, But the lack of a "We apologize for OUR mistake" is where the issue still lies for me.

The fact that the website states one set for all those years is not your fault. They are right by saying they really didn't send you the wrong parts However they are guilty of false advertisement by misleading the customer. I was just looking at rear trailering arms from them....but since I don't want any problems because Im in Canada I will be ordering Pfadts from a local shop

It does, except companies with great customer service fix it.

Here's a radical idea.
Buy from your local installation shop. Had they had the exact same issue, you probably would have never even known about it, or at most, been delayed by just one day. Just saying...excuse my sarcasm. I'm a shop owner and see this, "I got my own parts" all the time now a days. We as shop owners have to embrace our customers now who don't buy their parts from us anymore. Most times we can easily match internet pricing. Next day air would have probably been less for you than the 200.00 reinstall, maybe you should have just paid it and fought with BMR later, maybe the shop would've let it sit one night. I realize buying parts is not a option in all towns... Good Luck

It's a small local shop, and in all reality I'm probably not going to end up paying the extra fee's, just because they realize the situation now and I'm friendly with most everyone there. I ordered my own parts because its not a "performance/aftermarket" shop and they don't have accounts for things like these. If and when my car goes somewhere 99.99% I always let the shop handle part allocation, as I'm a service advisor as well, I know the headaches and loss of profit that goes along with that.

I have a set of their 1 inch drop springs in my garage. I wonder if I got the right ones. I had to send back the original ones they sent me because there was defects in the coating on the springs.
I was told to send all four springs back which I did and in turn they sent me one spring. I missed my install date because of it and the springs are still sitting in the garage. I wonder if I should call them to make sure I have the right ones. I had no idea that there were any different. if I got the wrong ones I wonder now if they would even send out the right ones since it's been awhile since I bought them. Really not very impressed with BMR Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk |

My question is this, GMpartsdirect lists that the stock springs for a 2010 Camaro SS fit on EVERY Camaro from 2010-2015, LS LT SS ZL1, everything. So why exactly does BMR have different springs?
Coil Spring - GM (92245256) THIS PART ALSO FITS Make Model Year Body & Trim Engine & Transmission Chevrolet Camaro 2015 LS, LT, SS, Z/28, ZL1 3.6L V6 - Gas, 6.2L V8 - Gas, 7.0L V8 - Gas Chevrolet Camaro 2014 LS, LT, SS, Z/28, ZL1 3.6L V6 - Gas, 6.2L V8 - Gas, 7.0L V8 - Gas Chevrolet Camaro 2013 LS, LT, SS, ZL1 3.6L V6 - Gas, 6.2L V8 - Gas Chevrolet Camaro 2012 LS, LT, SS, ZL1 3.6L V6 - Gas, 6.2L V8 - Gas Chevrolet Camaro 2011 LS, LT, SS 3.6L V6 - Gas, 6.2L V8 - Gas Chevrolet Camaro 2010 LS, LT, SS 3.6L V6 - Gas, 6.2L V8 - Gas Just curious, Kevin |

Normally I would agree. Do your research and then let the shop take it from there. But I just put new tires on my Chevy truck and the shop could not source a common Wrangler ATS tire. So I had to do the Tire Rack thing which I did not want to deal with. It made me nervous but all went well. On the Camaro, they mixed up the TP sensors so I was putting air in the wrong tire. They mean well but... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I just went to the BMR site which I have never used. I was curious.
When I ordered my Eibach springs, their site even asked “coupe or vert” because of the weight dif. BMR does not. Hmmmmm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Not good enough at all if you ask me, I had some similar none car related problem like that, you just cant blanket everything with the same "fits all" crap. :(

Double checked the part number when I got mine to make sure it matches with one specific for my car. They are stamped on the spring.

I too have a 2011 SS and ordered BMR springs three weeks ago and installed them a couple days later with no issues. They are also 1.4". Front/Rear springs lined up with the upper/lower spring seats exactly. Didn't specify anything when ordering.
I think I read somewhere GM used a slightly different top mount in later years, but it's backwards compatable.
