Ran my car for the first time this weekend.. Not very happy but I was spinning 1st 2nd and 3rd.. Ran some high 11's trapping 121-127mph.. 60's were 2.1 or higher.. Best 60 was the 2.1.. I'm running stock tires tho too.. What could I expect to run with that trap speed minus the spinning?

121 to 127 is too wide a range to really have a guess as to what your car might be capable of. Mid 11's to low 11's given a 1.8 60 foot would be my guess.
The M6 and your driving ability will be the limiting factors.

Are you stock? I have heard from other guys PTM 5 and launch control give them pretty consistent launches and then when you get the hang of it you will do better with out the launch control.

No I'm not stock that's why I turn everything off.. Not sure the ptm would help being modded..

The 121mph was with a 2.63 60 and that was my first run..but out of the 5 runs I did 122,124,125 and the one 127 with a longer burnout

I wasn't sure if you were stock and running those times you would be doing great, it might help maybe some of the other guys will chime in.

Tires, tires, tires. Mid 120's trap speeds are normally 11.3s to 11.5s, given 1.7-1.9 60' times. Drag radials would help tremendously.

Yeah I'm looking into some z06 wheels if anyone knows of some.. Also I was thinking it'd be faster than that.. Guy I know was running in the 10's with a 127 trap speed?

Not in my ZL1, but in my built drag S10, I was running 10.9s with 1.6 60' and 130 mph trap speeds... 10s are reachable with good traction. The 315/35/20 drag radials would greatly help.

I've run mid 11 to 11.0 with traps from 120-128. With the weight of these cars the trap doesn't always reflect the et. Absolutely get some drs and your et will drop like a stone.

OEM wheels of Sarasota may be able to help you out with some 18" ZO6 front wheels. Thats where I got mine. I am almost stock, just a Roto Fab cai, but the DRs help a ton. Ran a 11.995 @ 115 mph on Sat night.

60' times that are 2.1-2.63 will throw the mph way off. If the tires slip a little on one of my recent runs, the mph is elevated by 1-2mph. For a 2.63 60' it could push up the mph 3-4mph IMO. Get some tires and have fun with the new found traction...watch those ets drop!!

Yeah I'll look into the drag pack .. I need to get those 60's down and I should get better times .. Just was wondering what others were running at those speeds..
