Only issue I've heard of with the V6 Camaro engine is...............

Yeah, my point was meant as sarcasm. It doesn't always play well over the Internet.
Not going to worry if something is going to happen to it...at least until I pass 100,000 miles!
When asked about my Camaro, I tell people how great that V6 is in mpg and hp.

That's assuming your dealership is mod friendly. There are dealerships that will try to blame everything on your mods. It also makes me rethink doing a power adder...

I do recall reading a good amount on the timing chain debacle. The way I have read is that the problem has been occuring in vehicles built in 2008 (can be either a 08 or 09 model year). So, there is a good chance your 09 was an 08 build.
