Help with finding the OEM backup camera feed on my 2012 SS - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I'm installing an aftermarket head unit on my 2012 SS soon and I want to see the video feed on my new head unit rather than seeing it a tiny image on my rear view mirror. Does anyone know where I would get the video feed from?

Don't know about what color wiring you'll see at the rear view mirror, but I assume it's the same as what you'll find at the connector to the actual camera. So assuming that's true...

Camera Signal + = pink wire
Camera Signal - = light blue wire

hope that helps.

-EDIT-
There are actually 2 pink wires, one goes to the onstar fuse. not sure there's a way to distinguish which is one is correct as they are both the same gauge. so good luck on that part
