Awesome MX. I'll do something like that one day. Very nice video editing. I really like the gauge cluster on corners.

These cars need so little track prep, there isn’t many excuses to not get on track. NASA, SCCA, CHIN, etc all have track day/hpde events. Find a local event and go!!!

I have a few on my youtube. My favourite from last year was racing the street circuit of Coventry Motofest.

Just about kept it out of the metal barriers at 1:10! No room for errors anywhere. Bit too much understeer on cold front tyres.

edit: film set-up - Chinese 1080P GoPro copy on front splitter, Android phone running HP Tuners TrackAddict App for the interior shot. HP Tuners Race Render for editing final video.

Fun "battle" with a good friend of mine in a GT350 at VIR

Not z/28, but for comparison - hot lap in a zl1 1le at VIR

The zl1 1le is a superior performance car, but I miss the character and noises of the z/28.

Just a couple flybys of the ‘15 with Kooks headers and X pipes, on Angeles Crest in the mountains above L.A.

The videos are short and okay quality, but the sound... oh the sound...

Here's a couple with my '14 on the track before I foolishly sold it. Haven't gotten the '15 out yet.

Car sounds great!
Are you sure it has an X pipe? If so what mufflers?
Thanks

I have a couple of videos to compare the Z/28 vs. ZL1 1LE. I believe each run was done with stock rears and Nitto fronts. ZL1 1LE run ended with corded fronts...

2015 Z/28 running at Thompson Speedway Road course - late 2017

2018 ZL1 1LE running at Thompson Speedway Road course - September 2019

Nice! Man that sound is just old school. Old school, I tell ya!

Couple of questions:
Headers: Kooks
Cats: yes or no?
X-pipe: yes? What kind?
Muffler: stock or after market? What kind?

I'm also curious.

That sounds amazing.
