ZL1 Front Fascia on your SS/LT/LS?
Im kinda liking the ZL1 front fascia with the dual foglights on each side, it has an even more aggressive look to me. Would it be able to fit the current Camaros? I know that you can put the SS front on one of the V6 models, but some dimensions may have changed for the ZL1 to house that marvelous 550+ horsepower engine. And if it did fit would you put it on your Camaro?

Don't know about a bumper swap, but ACS is coming out with the T3 front fascia. That has the dual fogs/DRLs

I am sure the aftermarket is making them as I type.
I wouldn't buy one though, for the same reasons why V6 owners should not put a mail slot fascia on their cars. ZL1 is sacred territory and the unique fascia should only be on a genuine ZL1. |

@stieger...I haven't really seen the T3 front, do you have a good picture of it?
@upflying...you make a good point, its a respect thing for the different Camaro trims. Wouldn't want to be a poser. |

I'm sure you will be able to swap a ZL1 bumper onto an LT or SS. You probably would just need to get the foam support for the ZL1 bumper as well, and maybe technically the bottom plastics that go underneath bumper IF those are even different from the standard SS or LT pieces.
ACS or someone needs to make the T3 with some LED's around the vents like the Leno/T3 Bumblebee has, I think that would look the coolest. |
