So it installs and lines up with all the panels fine I assume? If so, I guess the comment from GM that the ZL1 fascia "couldn't be installed" on a non-ZL1 is a bunch of BS.
I thought that if there was any issue it would be with the fascia lining up to the hood, as those are the only two unique, ZL1 specific panels as far as I can tell.

Well that's pretty cool, so it does fit it *jump for joy*..
I got part numbers for the Upper Fascia which is the only thing available, Lower Fascia, The support which goes right above the lower fascia, an absorber, light bezels, DRLS, and Fog Lights. |

How is it possible that this was available to order before the ZL1 release? Did this accidentally slip out of the door?

If I'm not too lazy tomorrow, I'll truck on down to the local dealer. He's got part numbers if they're out there to be had. I'll see what I can dig up. It's only parts they'll eventually going to sell anyway. And if dealers can get them already, why the hell is it such a secret?

Lots of the parts are available already...some are not. If you go into your dealer and they pull them up on the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog), if they say NOT AVAILABLE YET (or something to that affect), you can't get them. I know some other guys gathering stuff already...

You need the bumper absorber that is one part, then on the bumper you need the lower fascia, and the support, and all the hardware for the parts. and you need the L & R extension's.

Yup, got the part numbers but most of them actually only a few are available..
Are you going to hold off your project until you receive the remaining parts? I got mine on order. |
