First start up after Cam! HELP

Okay just finished basically rebuilding my whole valve train and doing a bunch of other small and big things after a valve spring broke. Ended up doing an endless amount of things.

Can anyone tell me if my car sounds right? What will the lifter tap or valve tap sound like if I have it? I just want to make sure everything is healthy. AND HOW CAN I QUIET THIS THING DOWN? I have 2 mufflers and resonators the long tube headers may just be to much for me. Thinking about going back with the original manifolds! Please help guys I hope the car is running healthy my check engine light isn’t blinking so I think I’m good!

Sounds pretty nice to me. Lifter tap will sound almost like a metallic knock or tap from the top end of the engine that will increase and decrease with speed. If it is there you will notice it I promise. Stock manifolds are gonna neuter that cam swap. I would shop around for some quiet high flow mufflers.

Don’t u need to tune the car after a cam swap?

To lower its volume then put some high flow mufflers that said

Yes it won't run without a tune. It sounds good to me. Yeah you'll be going totally backwards with stock manifolds.

Sounds OK to mee. I have restored a L99-engine and was confused there was more ticking noise than I expected but everyone says it's OK. Added a video for to compare with from my engine: https://youtu.be/WgK9ID66zrQ

Okay now on to engine codes...

P0122
Raw code: 0122
ECU: Engine control unit[Archive (inactive)]
Status: Permanent
OBDII: Throttle position (TP) switch A/accelerator pedal position (APP) switch A - low input
Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit Low Input
============2==============
P0443
Raw code: 0443
ECU: Engine control unit[Archive (inactive)]
Status: Permanent
OBDII: Evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge valve - circuit malfunction
Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Valve Circuit Malfunction
============3==============
P0107
Raw code: 0107
ECU: Engine control unit[Archive (inactive)]
Status: Permanent
OBDII: Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor/barometric pressure (BARO) sensor - low input
Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
============4==============
P0300
Raw code: 0300
ECU: Engine control unit[Archive (inactive)]
Status: Permanent
OBDII: Random/multiple cylinder(s) - misfire detected
Random Misfire

Getting those codes along with about 8 oxygen sensor codes. Oxygen sensor codes are explainable with the headers. Any idea on those codes? Thanks!

That should have all been taken care of in the tune once the cam was installed.

No we do not have it tuned as of yet. My shop explain to me I could do the work and have it brought in on my trailer to them. He explained it would be okay to start it, but very dangerous to drive it. Is this terrible? Should I have never started it?
