Also, all that bulk is just going to slow you down. Don't believe me? Check out the Minotauro vs Bob Sapp fight- Bob Sapp didn't even look human, but Minotauro held in their with skill and tenacity.

Not really, Bob Sapped was GASSED within a few minutes, your heart just can't keep up with that level needed to pump blood to the extremities.

I'm staying away from whether or not that guy is on roids.

But that kind of size and speed are not necessarily mutually exclusive. I'd say some people can pack on muscle and still go the distance, if, and this is important, if they train cardio as hard as they do the rest.

Yeah, you've got world's strongest man guys, they train to be able to give one giant explosion and then be exhausted. But look at the way a lot of football players are now. Big guys that don't necessarily get plain worn out in the 4th quarter like you definitely used to see.

I think it really depends on the person. Not everyone is genetically capable of getting "swoll." And at the same time not everyone who is capable of getting "swoll" is capable of being in really good shape from a cardio stand point, but some can do both.

I agree with most of what you are saying- Football players are an excellent example of amazing genetics and training, but they are not going nonstop, they are resetting at every down, as well as time out, and commercial break, whereas fighters are going nonstop for 3-5 minutes with a minute break in between rounds.

BUt I am talking about endurance not speed or explosive power

Make no mistake about it though, that dork int that video is JUICED to the gills- one way to be sure- look at his belly. Yes he has shredded abs, but look at the way his belly bulges out- classic indicator of steroid use. The juice causes the internal organs to grow, reulting in a potbelly look, which is somewhat masked by the zero body fat. Most pro athletes that are regularly tested will have a slimmer look to their waist and belly.
