well i'm hoping to be at Dyess in August, but until March, i won't have a clue as to where i'm gonna get stationed. i get my wings in Apr, so i should be PCSing out of here near the beginning of the summer.

can you check around for some spots super close to the interstate (on ramps/off ramps and gas stations) that can hold a large number of cars? since you are in the area, you can give us a better idea of where we can find a meeting point for the 4 different convoys that are merging right there

I went to Louisville for the Street Rod Nationals. The baseball stadium is close to one of the interstates and has a big parking lot

Another location in Asheville, NC for the NC guys who want to join up, another one in Knoxville, TN. So if you want to join, but dont want to drive down then up, I've got spots for you to meet up with the caravan.

Still debating on whether to go to Louisville or go the extra minute out of my way to go thru Cincinnati before arriving at the track.

I'll check it out. Not planning on stopping for a long period of time at each of the tentative stops, basically just want to pull off the road, refuel, stretch and get the next group in line and get back on the road.
