Don’t think its your flow rate…get some proper octane in there before looking at fuel pumps.

He raises a question. When you add octane booster (I like Lucas' product) does the ECM make some attempt to change the fuel table to the higher octane? I can only get 91 in Calunicornia. And it's full of ethanol at that.

Just a word of warning. Without more evidence than we have to go on, all of this is speculation. The low octane sure isn’t helping, but you could easily have other problems. You need to be collecting live data when this happens. Or better yet, put it on a dyno and see what is happening.

This is not going to be your problem. The fuel Octane is what the issues is.

It is never a good idea to keep the tank almost empty.
Keep the tank at least half full, because the fuel cools the pump. |

My Camaro is a 2011, and it worked back when it was stock. And there were no 2009 Camaros.. You could order a 2010 in 2009..
