Th400 where to buy the trans?
I am looking to install a Th400 in my supercharged 2011 SS M6. After doing a lot of research on here I have my list put together but there is one thing I am not sure of...where would y'all recommend getting the built TH400 from? My car makes 560rwhp with the M6, and my only planed change for horsepower is a bit smaller pulley on my new style TVS. I am looking at getting a manual VB setup and install a JW bell, so I will need a TH400 with original bell removed and a MBV. This will still kinda be a street car and see some decent track time.

I would start off by calling up the transmission shops around you and explaining what your needs are and what your future goals will be.

Give the guys at FTI Converters a call. They build some of the transmissions for a bunch of the drag radial big boys.

In my twin turbo chevelle i use an off the shelf tci with a brake. Never had an issue with the few ive got from them!
